Reports of damaged or defective items must be made within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Certain items, such as custom-energized statues or products used in spiritual rituals, are not eligible for return due to their personalized and sacred nature.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
